For Unilever Foodsolutions (UFS), through brands Lady’s Choice and Best Food Mayonnaise, the mission is quite simple. From improving the quality of life of chefs and foodservice practitioners inside to help improving the quality of life of kids afflicted with chronic illnesses.
There are a million ways to make it happen. So, why not start with one? But with its execution, real compassion and real love are best felt and done with partners.
Kythe Foundation, a non-stock, non-profit organiztion that addresses the psycho-social needs of pediatric patients (particularly those with cancer), serves as a nurturing haven of faith and hopefulness for young kids who are afflicted with illnesses. The foundation’s strong vision to uplift the spirits and strengthen the minds and hearts of these patients and their families drives UFS to name it as the beneficiary of their collaborative project titled Celebrate Love.

In fact, it has recently introduced a revolutionary way to make a UFS experience more foodservice-friendly. Howevere, UFS believed that there is more to reinforcement of functionality and brand heritage. Celebrate Love, is born out of UFS’ continuous efforts to upgrade the quality of their products that will generate real food experiences for Filipinos. Lady’s Choice and Best Foods share in the Kythe Foundation;s objectives to improve the quality of life of children. this time, their role is to provide quality ingredients that are able to address the needs of these young kids and make their food experience flavorful and more enjoyable.

A Celebrate Love series shall conduct outreach programs in Kythe’s partner hospitals all over the country. There will also be short and interactive cooking demonstrations with the kids to provide a worthwhile and enjoyable leisure time for them.
Indeed, real love is spread around in one big, happy shared experience.

Leading lifestyle store Team Manila, a multi-disciplinary graphic design studio in the Philippines that has successfully inspired and elevated the Filipino and the country through art and creativity, shares their talent by specially designing a shirt that best represents the heartfelt and collaborative efforts to make a difference in the lives of the Kythe children. Everyone may purchase the Real Love shirts at Team Manila, where all of the proceeds will also be donated to the foundation.
As a wise man once said, quality is never an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution. It does not take a lot to build a quality life, for hope is not an expensive commodity. It can be easily achieved if everyone unites and give it willingly.
